Living Our Mission

“To improve, preserve and ensure the economic well-being of all members.”

Who We Are

The National Franchisee Association serves as a source of education, training and advocacy for franchise members and vendor partners. Founded in 1988 and headquartered near Atlanta, we strive to provide programs, unparalleled benefit options and networking opportunities to help our franchisee members grow and succeed. Together, we strengthen the Burger King brand as a leader in the industry.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors governs the NFA. It consists of a team of officers and representatives from 15 different regional associations.

Committees

Supporting the association’s objectives and policies, the various NFA committees offer operational and strategic guidance to franchisees. Committee members are also crucial in making sure the franchisee community is represented as Burger King Corporation makes decisions.

What We Offer

Communications

To be successful, quick and easy access to the latest news and happenings is key. We offer members weekly News You Can Use emails, the quarterly FLAME magazine, the annual Franchisee Directory and the yearly Products & Services Directory.

Networking

Sharing best practices, meeting fellow franchisees and focusing on issues that matter most are what networking is all about. Although our members enjoy opportunities to gather year-round, we all look forward to the Day on the Hill and the Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) Conference. Day on the Hill provides attendees with unparalleled legislative opportunities, while the LEAD Conference focuses on education and training.

Government Advocacy

Through service and representation, the National Franchisee Association’s Government Relations team strives to monitor, preserve and enhance our legislative and regulatory climate. As advocates, the team lobbies, conducts grassroots campaigns, participates in national coalitions, provides legislative summaries and action alerts, and promotes positive relations between Burger King franchisees and government officials.

Education

Learning is vital for improving, preserving and ensuring our members’ economic well-being. Through communications, webinars and presentations, we strive to professionally develop our members and equip franchisees and their employees. By growing as individuals, our franchises collectively strengthen Burger King.

Member Services

National Franchisee Association members are eligible for a variety of programs and services designed to preserve their assets as Burger King franchisees. We aggressively examine and develop services to save our members time, increase productivity and contribute to their bottom line. Our portfolio of insurance and financial services leverages group purchasing power for more favorable rates, terms and premiums.
